1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Melodika Studio, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Melodika Studio. If you are under 18, you should have a parent or guardian's permission.

3. Your Content
You retain ownership of audio you upload and of the songs you generate using Melodika Studio. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any audio you upload, including for covers, voice cloning, or vocal extraction.

4. Acceptable Use
Do not use Melodika Studio to create content that is illegal, infringes on someone else's copyright or likeness without permission, or is intended to harass, defame, or deceive others. Voice Cloning may only be used to clone your own voice or a voice you have explicit permission to clone.

5. Copyright Matching
Some features (such as Cover) may decline to process audio that matches an existing copyrighted recording. This is an automated check and Melodika Studio does not guarantee it will catch every case — you remain responsible for the legality of content you create.

6. Credits & Payments
Melodika Studio uses a credit system to access generation features. Credits purchased are generally non-refundable once used to generate content, except where required by law. Prices and credit costs may change at any time.

7. Service Availability
Melodika Studio relies on third-party AI services to generate music. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and generation may occasionally fail or be delayed for reasons outside our control.

8. Limitation of Liability
Melodika Studio is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Melodika Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Melodika Studio after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
